RoofLine Partners LTD is a marketing agency that generates enquiries and books surveys for roofing companies in the United Kingdom. We do not carry out roofing work. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17492646, and we are the data controller for the information described below. For anything in this policy, contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.

When you complete the roadmap form or the discovery-call form we collect the details you give us: your name, roofing company name, email address, telephone number, service area, and your answers about team size, survey capacity, revenue goal, budget, current lead source, timeline and anything you write in the free-text box.

We also record technical information that arrives with the submission: the page you were on, the website or advert that referred you, any UTM campaign parameters in the link, your browser's user agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used purely to rate-limit the form against abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

If you book a call, the appointment itself is handled by Google Calendar, which processes the details you enter into the booking page under Google's own privacy policy.

To build and send the personalised roadmap you asked for, to contact you about your enquiry, to prepare for and hold a discovery call, and to keep a record of who has asked us for what.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will stop contacting you.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which calls to action are used. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and processes data on Google's infrastructure. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising retargeting pixels on this website.

Where the site remembers something for you within a single visit — for example the campaign parameters you arrived with — it uses your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Your submission is delivered to our own systems and, where configured, to our email provider (Resend) and our internal CRM through a secure webhook. Lead records are stored in a PostgreSQL database that only our team can reach.

We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to other roofing companies, and we do not add you to any shared marketing list.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will do so within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict processing. Email us and we will respond within one calendar month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
