What you get
What roofing google ads looks like with us
High-intent search only
Campaigns built around the roofing work you want — re-roofs, flat roofing, storm damage, commercial — with the terms you do not want excluded from day one.
Tight geographic targeting
Postcode-district targeting inside your travel radius, with location-of-interest signals turned off so you are not paying for clicks from other counties.
Call tracking on every click
Dynamic number insertion and call recording, so the phone calls the adverts produce are attributed and reviewable, not invisible.
Optimised on quoted jobs
Conversion values fed back from your quoted work, so bidding moves towards the searches that produce real roofing jobs.
Why we run it this way
Roofing PPC has an unusually short fuse. Somebody notices a damp patch on a bedroom ceiling, searches for a roofer, and rings whoever answers. If your advert is not there on that search, in that postcode, at that moment, you never existed.
Our Google Ads campaigns are built narrow and deliberate: the job types you want, the postcodes you cover, negative keywords for the work you do not want, and call tracking on every advert so the phone calls are attributed rather than guessed at.
Then the bidding is trained on outcomes you confirm. When a search term produces surveys that turn into quotes, it gets more budget. When it produces four repair calls under £200, it gets cut.

Common questions
Which parts of the UK do you cover?
We work with roofing companies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Campaigns are built around your travel radius — usually a set of postcode districts rather than a whole county — so your team is not driving two hours to a survey.
How large should my service area be?
Large enough to produce steady demand, small enough that your team can attend surveys efficiently. For most domestic roofing companies that is a 20–30 mile radius or six to ten postcode districts. We size this in the market and capacity audit before anything goes live.
How much should I budget in total?
The management fee is £810 per month, plus a minimum ad spend of £600 per month paid directly to Google and Meta on your own advertising accounts. There is a one-off £297 Launch & Installation fee, refunded when you stay beyond month one. £600 is the minimum we will launch on — for optimal results and revenue we recommend £1,000 or more per month, because it buys enough coverage across your postcodes to keep the diary filling steadily rather than in bursts.
Do you take a cut of the ad spend?
No. Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta directly to your own accounts, which you own and can see at any time. We charge one flat management fee and nothing else.
How much does a booked survey cost?
It depends on your area, the job type and how competitive your patch is — a commercial flat roofing enquiry in a major city and a domestic repair enquiry in a rural area are not remotely comparable. We will not quote you a cost per survey before we have looked at your market, because any number we gave you would be invented. The roadmap gives you a modelled range for your specific area and goal.
How do I know where the work came from?
Every advert, call and form is tracked. You get a shared pipeline view showing each enquiry from first click through to qualified, booked, attended, quoted and won, plus call recordings. GA4 conversion tracking is configured on your site, and we report cost per booked survey and cost per quoted job — not clicks and impressions.
Do I own the advertising accounts and the data?
Yes. Google Ads, Meta Business, GA4 and the landing pages are set up under your ownership with us granted access. If we part ways, you keep the accounts, the data and the historical performance.
More questions on exclusivity, contracts and tracking are answered on the FAQs page.
