Terms of service

The commercial terms we work under, in plain English — including the things we deliberately do not promise.

These terms

These terms cover use of this website and the services RoofLine Partners LTD provides to roofing companies. Your engagement with us is also set out in the written proposal we send you, which takes precedence if the two ever disagree.

RoofLine Partners LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17492646. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, and documents may be served there. We trade as RoofLine Partners.

What we provide

We build and manage advertising campaigns, landing pages and tracking on your behalf, respond to and qualify the enquiries those campaigns produce, and book qualified enquiries as surveys into your calendar. We report on performance weekly.

We are a marketing agency. We do not carry out roofing work, survey roofs, or enter into contracts with your customers.

Fees and ad spend

£810/month + £600 minimum ad spend. £297 Launch & Installation — refunded when you stay beyond month 1.

Advertising spend is separate from our fee and is billed by Google and Meta directly to advertising accounts held in your name. We never mark it up and never take a percentage of it. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on those accounts.

Our fee is invoiced monthly in advance. Work continues while an invoice is outstanding for up to 14 days, after which campaigns may be paused until payment is received.

Term and notice

No long-term contract. The engagement runs monthly and either side may end it with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees.

On termination you keep your advertising accounts, analytics property, landing pages and all historical performance data. We remove our access within five working days.

Exclusivity

While you are a client we will not run roofing lead generation campaigns for another roofing company in your agreed service area, and enquiries generated for you are never sold, shared or resold. Your service area is released 30 days after your final month.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee a number of enquiries, a number of booked surveys, a cost per lead, a conversion rate or a level of revenue. Advertising markets, competitor behaviour, weather and your own sales process all affect results, and none of them are within our control.

The free roadmap is a planning model based on the answers you give us. It is not a forecast, a valuation or a promise of results, and it should not be relied on as financial advice.

The case studies and testimonials on this website are real results from named clients, published with their agreement. They describe what happened for those roofing companies. Results depend on your area, your job types, the competition and how quickly your team follows up, so they are not a prediction of what you would achieve.

Your responsibilities

To make this work you agree to attend or reschedule the surveys we book, to tell us promptly when a booked survey was not a good fit, to feed back which surveys were quoted and won, and to keep us informed about capacity so we do not generate work you cannot service.

You confirm that the claims you ask us to advertise on your behalf — accreditations, guarantees, years in business — are accurate and that you hold the insurance and certification they imply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the management fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
