Roofing lead generation for UK roofing companies

Most roofing leads are sold three times before you see them. Ours are generated for your company, in your postcodes, qualified by a person and booked as a survey in your diary — then tracked through to the job you quoted.

How roofing lead generation works, step by step

Demand and capacity first

We size search demand in your postcodes against the surveys your team can genuinely attend, then set the spend to match.

What you get

What roofing lead generation looks like with us

  • Exclusive roofing leads, never shared

Every enquiry belongs to one roofing company: yours. No portals, no lead marketplaces, no racing two competitors to the phone.

  • Qualified before it reaches your diary

Property type, roof type, work required, decision-maker, access, timescale and minimum job value — all checked on a live call, not a web form.

  • Booked surveys, not raw enquiries

You are not buying names and numbers. You are buying appointments in your calendar with people who have agreed to a survey.

  • Tracked to quoted work

Cost per booked survey and cost per quoted job, reported weekly, so budget follows the campaigns that actually produce revenue.

Why we run it this way

Roofing lead generation is not a traffic problem. Most roofing companies could buy clicks tomorrow — the difficulty is that clicks arrive as half-formed enquiries at four in the afternoon, when every surveyor is up a ladder and nobody is free to ring back for six hours.

We close that gap. Campaigns are built to attract the roofing work you want rather than the cheapest possible enquiry, and every enquiry is answered, qualified and booked by us. What lands in your calendar is an appointment with a decision-maker who has agreed a time, not a name on a spreadsheet.

Because the enquiry belongs to your company alone, you are not undercutting a competitor who got the same details ten minutes earlier. You are quoting on your own terms.

Common questions

  • Are the roofing leads exclusive to my company?

Yes. Every enquiry is generated for your company, under your brand, and goes to you only. We do not sell, share or resell an enquiry to another roofing company, and we do not operate a lead marketplace. We also work with one roofing company per service area, so we are not running competing campaigns against you in your own postcodes.

  • What happens if another roofer in my area approaches you?

While you are a client, your service area is held for you. If another roofing company in the same patch enquires, we tell them the area is taken and offer neighbouring territory instead. If you leave, the area is released after your final month.

  • What does 'qualified' actually mean?

It means the enquiry has been contacted by a person and checked against criteria you set with us: property type and tenure, roof type, the work required, whether we are speaking to the decision-maker, access and scaffolding requirements, timescale and minimum job value. Enquiries that fail those criteria are not booked into your diary — they are filtered out and reported to you.

  • Can I set a minimum job value?

Yes, and most clients do. If you do not want £180 repair calls, we set a minimum job value in the qualification script and route smaller enquiries elsewhere. You can change the threshold at any time as your capacity changes.

  • What if a booked survey turns out to be unqualified?

Tell us and we will look at the recording and the notes. If it should not have passed qualification, we tighten the script and adjust the campaign targeting that produced it. Consistent misqualification is a campaign problem, and it is ours to fix.

  • How quickly are new enquiries contacted?

Enquiries received during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm) are contacted the same working day, and in practice usually much sooner. Speed to first contact is the single biggest factor in whether a roofing enquiry converts, so it is the metric we watch most closely. Out-of-hours enquiries are captured with an automatic acknowledgement and contacted at the start of the next working day.

  • How long until campaigns go live?

Typically ten to fourteen days from your kick-off call. That covers the audit, campaign build, landing pages, tracking installation and your sign-off. We do not launch before tracking is in place.

More questions on exclusivity, contracts and tracking are answered on the FAQs page.
