Roofing Meta Ads that create demand, not just reach

Search captures people already looking. Meta Ads reach the homeowner who has been ignoring a sagging gutter for two winters — and give them a reason to deal with it now.

What you get

What roofing meta ads looks like with us

  • Local demand generation

Facebook and Instagram campaigns aimed at homeowners in your postcodes, built on real photography from jobs you have completed nearby.

  • Before-and-after creative

The creative that works for roofing is the work itself. We shoot-list what to photograph on site and turn it into ads that get stopped on.

  • Fast enquiry capture

Lead forms and click-to-call routes that feed the same qualification process as everything else, so social enquiries are not treated as second class.

  • Remarketing that closes the loop

The people who visited your landing page and did not enquire are worth reaching again — cheaply, and with a different message.

Why we run it this way

Search advertising can only capture the roofing demand that already exists this week. Meta Ads reach the far larger group of homeowners who know the roof needs attention and have been putting it off since last winter.

The creative that works here is not stock photography. It is a two-photograph before and after from a street three miles away, a short clip of your team stripping a roof, or a plain honest explanation of what a slipped ridge costs to fix now versus in a year.

Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram go through exactly the same qualification as search enquiries — they are not treated as second-class leads, because with the right creative and a fast call back they convert perfectly well.

Common questions

  • Are the roofing leads exclusive to my company?

Yes. Every enquiry is generated for your company, under your brand, and goes to you only. We do not sell, share or resell an enquiry to another roofing company, and we do not operate a lead marketplace. We also work with one roofing company per service area, so we are not running competing campaigns against you in your own postcodes.

  • What happens if another roofer in my area approaches you?

While you are a client, your service area is held for you. If another roofing company in the same patch enquires, we tell them the area is taken and offer neighbouring territory instead. If you leave, the area is released after your final month.

  • What does 'qualified' actually mean?

It means the enquiry has been contacted by a person and checked against criteria you set with us: property type and tenure, roof type, the work required, whether we are speaking to the decision-maker, access and scaffolding requirements, timescale and minimum job value. Enquiries that fail those criteria are not booked into your diary — they are filtered out and reported to you.

  • Can I set a minimum job value?

Yes, and most clients do. If you do not want £180 repair calls, we set a minimum job value in the qualification script and route smaller enquiries elsewhere. You can change the threshold at any time as your capacity changes.

  • What if a booked survey turns out to be unqualified?

Tell us and we will look at the recording and the notes. If it should not have passed qualification, we tighten the script and adjust the campaign targeting that produced it. Consistent misqualification is a campaign problem, and it is ours to fix.

  • How much should I budget in total?

The management fee is £810 per month, plus a minimum ad spend of £600 per month paid directly to Google and Meta on your own advertising accounts. There is a one-off £297 Launch & Installation fee, refunded when you stay beyond month one. £600 is the minimum we will launch on — for optimal results and revenue we recommend £1,000 or more per month, because it buys enough coverage across your postcodes to keep the diary filling steadily rather than in bursts.

  • Do you take a cut of the ad spend?

No. Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta directly to your own accounts, which you own and can see at any time. We charge one flat management fee and nothing else.

  • How much does a booked survey cost?

It depends on your area, the job type and how competitive your patch is — a commercial flat roofing enquiry in a major city and a domestic repair enquiry in a rural area are not remotely comparable. We will not quote you a cost per survey before we have looked at your market, because any number we gave you would be invented. The roadmap gives you a modelled range for your specific area and goal.

More questions on exclusivity, contracts and tracking are answered on the FAQs page.
