Roofing marketing built around booked surveys

Roofing company marketing fails when it is measured in impressions. We build the whole path — advert, landing page, enquiry, qualification, booked survey, quoted job — and measure the end of it.

    Built on your brand

Everything runs under your company name, on advertising accounts you own, with data you keep.

    Reviewed weekly against revenue

Quoted and won work feeds back into the campaigns, so budget follows the jobs that actually pay.

What you get

What roofing marketing looks like with us

  • One system, not five suppliers

Adverts, landing pages, tracking, qualification and booking managed together, so nothing falls between an agency and a call handler.

  • Built around your capacity

We plan to the number of surveys your team can genuinely attend each week. Generating enquiries you cannot service is not a win.

  • Your brand, your accounts

Everything runs under your company name, on advertising accounts you own. You keep the data and the history if we part ways.

  • Honest reporting

Weekly numbers including the bad ones: enquiries filtered out, surveys not attended, quotes not won. That is what tells us what to change.

Why we run it this way

Roofing company marketing usually arrives in pieces: an agency running adverts, a web developer who built the site two years ago, a receptionist catching calls between other jobs, and a spreadsheet nobody updates. Each piece works. The joins do not.

We take the whole path instead — the advert, the landing page, the phone call, the qualification, the booked survey and the quoted job — and manage it as one system with a single number at the end of it: cost per quoted job.

That means we will occasionally tell you to spend less, narrow an area, or stop chasing a job type that looks busy and quotes badly. Marketing for roofing companies is worth paying for when it changes what lands in the diary, not when it produces a prettier report.

Common questions

  • How much should I budget in total?

The management fee is £810 per month, plus a minimum ad spend of £600 per month paid directly to Google and Meta on your own advertising accounts. There is a one-off £297 Launch & Installation fee, refunded when you stay beyond month one. £600 is the minimum we will launch on — for optimal results and revenue we recommend £1,000 or more per month, because it buys enough coverage across your postcodes to keep the diary filling steadily rather than in bursts.

  • Do you take a cut of the ad spend?

No. Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta directly to your own accounts, which you own and can see at any time. We charge one flat management fee and nothing else.

  • How much does a booked survey cost?

It depends on your area, the job type and how competitive your patch is — a commercial flat roofing enquiry in a major city and a domestic repair enquiry in a rural area are not remotely comparable. We will not quote you a cost per survey before we have looked at your market, because any number we gave you would be invented. The roadmap gives you a modelled range for your specific area and goal.

  • How do I know where the work came from?

Every advert, call and form is tracked. You get a shared pipeline view showing each enquiry from first click through to qualified, booked, attended, quoted and won, plus call recordings. GA4 conversion tracking is configured on your site, and we report cost per booked survey and cost per quoted job — not clicks and impressions.

  • Do I own the advertising accounts and the data?

Yes. Google Ads, Meta Business, GA4 and the landing pages are set up under your ownership with us granted access. If we part ways, you keep the accounts, the data and the historical performance.

  • Am I tied into a long contract?

No. There is no long-term contract. We work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to stop. The £297 Launch & Installation fee is refunded when you stay beyond month one, so the first month is genuinely a trial rather than a commitment.

  • What do you need from me each week?

Around fifteen minutes. You mark up which surveys were attended, which were quoted and which were won, and flag anything that was not a good fit. That outcome data is what the optimisation runs on, so the campaigns get better the more honestly you feed it back.

More questions on exclusivity, contracts and tracking are answered on the FAQs page.
